Help&Care is a well-known British NPO that has been working with elderly people, carers and communities since 1985. They’re reputed for providing the best assistance in the area of holistic services and helping the elderly maintain independence and quality of life.

Help and Care had ambitious growth goals in southern England that could only be met by a complete transformation of how it connected its web of clients, carers, partners and the home office. The ultimate goal was to achieve a harmonious and integrated CRM system that could benefit everyone, provide optimal client service and connect all the users for up to date/live information.

The Partner Portal connected all interactions between H&C and all its related stakeholders: clients, home office, partner organization and collaborators.
