Buffetti is endowed with more than 4 million clients, to whom it is capable of offering more than six thousand different products divided into four main lines: Business, Office, Consumer Informatics and Telephony.
The group can count more than 1200 franchised Selling Points and, in addition, 2500 independent retailers selling a narrower set of office products. Moreover, the Company is also active in direct B2B sales, through the Buffetti Direct service. The company needed to optimize and integrate business processes to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
