Our client Ducati was invited to speak at Dreamforce 2017, the most important annual Salesforce event in the world. They gave a presentation about their experience with Atlantic Technologies’ manufacturing software consultants and about using Salesforce, which is the best digital innovation tool for business growth in managing customer experience.
Ducati is an Italian, high-end motorcycle manufacturer with an international presence and a reputation for making well-powered motorcycles. Quality and technological innovation have enabled the company to establish an exceptional relationship with its customers. And it is in the spirit of innovation that it joined forces with our manufacturing software consultants to streamline the business with Salesforce.
The company’s “Connected Motorcycle” vision will be generated by various types of information: customer preferences and total mileage are just a few facts and figures that it will monitor closely, enabling the company to gain a 360-degree view of each customer. Ducati also hosted the first edition of Salesforce Ducati Day, organized by Atlantic Technologies and Salesforce. The event dedicated to showing how the CRM’s ecosystem maximizes the company’s customer engagement and connects the entire Ducati community.
